After only a couple of months in the apartment, we were told they were closing the WG, we had one month to leave and find a new place. It was bad enough like that. Then they told us we had to pay for cleaning the whole apartment, even if I just rented a room. The cost was almost the entire deposit. Bill for cleaning was from a 'company' Vivenza AG, who you cannot reach, no phone or mail, owned by the same guy as REvolution AG. Very bad experience. Also the furniture is the cheapest possible.
The founders have extensive knowledge of the industry and offer very valuable tips.
I'm thrilled with this franchise. It's been life-changing for me.
