We received a written offer from Von Euw Fenster AG, valid for three months. About a month later, this offer was withdrawn and described as merely a comparative offer. This approach was unexpected and difficult for us to understand. And this is supposed to be a reliable partner?

A truck crane was billed even though it wasn't used. My feedback was handled unprofessionally—with no attempt to provide a factual explanation or apology. A very disappointing way of dealing with customers.
Poor customer service, very unfriendly. Billing for services not rendered – a truck-mounted crane costing CHF 650 was charged for replacing a window, even though it was never used. Questionable business practices.
I sent an inquiry via email and have not received a reply after a month.
