Months of no response to the repayment demand – even to registered letters. The debt collection request was met with an objection, meaning I have to go to the conciliation board in Brugg for a repayment claim of CHF 1200. I'm happy to pay it – but only for the lawyer's fees. Agrisano's hopes of using stalemate tactics are in vain. We'll see each other in court.
