What followed was a sad story that I wouldn't wish on anyone. A number of things were broken. "Sorry, we don't have insurance," was the response. Sometimes they showed up, other times no one did. Instead, I received an email stating that "the Friday deadline is impossible to meet" and that Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week would be better. This was despite the fact that the new owner was supposed to move in on Friday evening. It was a complete nightmare. Shortly before completion, they demanded a hefty surcharge of CHF 750 due to extra work and bad weather. Interestingly, the "CEO" of this company, "cristian th," gave his own company a 5-star review (his only review, by the way). This is probably a desperate attempt to improve the dismal number of negative customer reviews. Beware!!!
Disappointing. In the end, just one day before the apartment handover date, the CEO terminated the contract, apparently realizing he couldn't handle the cleaning. This was on Sunday, January 2nd, 2022! They did come to the apartment twice, but then left it in chaos and never finished cleaning. When I called to inquire about the status of the cleaning, I was ultimately labeled a nuisance. I paid in advance and never saw a penny again, despite my legal right to a refund. Highly dubious and not recommended. Thankfully, after this debacle, I was able to find a competent and reliable cleaning company that worked professionally and diligently until the very end, leaving the apartment spotless.
