Twisting the facts! Unprofessional and not in the interests of the tenants! They didn't even investigate the facts, but immediately blamed the tenants! Damage claims were simply ignored several times. Only after a lawyer was involved did they quickly respond by saying they were willing to settle the demands. The rent is outrageous, and it doesn't even meet Swiss standards!
What a miserable experience. They tried to blame the tenants, who live in a new building and whose entire basement is moldy. No support, no compromise. Absolutely not recommended!
