Your 3M safety glasses are simply a brilliant product. I need them for my work as a garbage collector in Zurich. My employer gave us 10 different safety glasses to test, but none met all the criteria, except for the 3M safety glasses I bought myself. The ladies and gentlemen were amazed. They're now on the vice-director's purchasing list. I now use one for work and one for riding my old 1935 Swiss military bike as safety glasses. They protect my eyes from strong wind and rain. A-grade. They also survived the washing machine test safely, by accident. Thanks to a satisfied customer.

It really couldn't be more incompetent. Simply ridiculous. This is what they call customer service. Lazy, I call it. This has nothing to do with work anymore. I can't say anything good about the company.

As a private individual, I received no response from 3M Switzerland, and when I contacted 3M Germany, I received inquiries from the wrong department, and then never received a reply. Even a 3M product retailer said he had huge problems with communication, especially regarding quality issues. It's a shame, because the products are generally good, unless they're changed or worsened without any notification.
