The staff are very friendly; for people with tankers or tippers, you must enter through the second entrance and go up onto the weighbridge which is under the tunnel.
It's always impressive how reliable this service is. Ordering is always straightforward, delivery is always on time, and the carriers are always friendly and customer-focused. A truly impressive service.
