I would have liked to give more stars. The initial consultation was very pleasant, and the cleaning was done exactly as requested. Unfortunately, after each cleaning, an irreplaceable item was missing. When I politely inquired, the response was unsympathetic: "Oops, I must have vacuumed that up," and "It'll turn up somewhere." A real shame.
