I would like to express my deep disappointment with the Goldschmitt system, which appears to be primarily designed for German-speaking users. Despite my request for a complete pneumatic suspension system for my new 2023 Ducato Twin, it was a real challenge to obtain reliable information. Goldschmitt's partners do not respond to emails, and I have to wait six to eight months for a quote that ultimately amounts to over CHF 13,500. The parent company's customer service approach leaves much to be improved, with a distinct lack of responses and a lack of commitment from the partners assigned to install it. Some are even unfamiliar with the system offered. Given this unprecedented and seemingly absurd situation, I strongly advise against using this company for equipping vans, campers, or commercial vehicles.

Six stars should really be given! It's impressive that I was finally able to upgrade the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of my Dethleffs Pulse (Lightchassis) to 4,240 tons thanks to air suspension. The motorhome is now much more comfortable to drive, especially the handling, which is significantly improved. As with every visit to the Goldschmitt/Lexa company, I felt I received excellent advice – friendly, competent, and professional. A huge compliment and a heartfelt thank you to the entire super team! I have a Goldschmitt air suspension system on my motorhome, which I bought abroad. For inspection in Switzerland, the vehicle inspection authority (MFK) requires a certificate of conformity. The German Goldschmitt doesn't have a certificate of conformity for Switzerland, and the Swiss Goldschmitt initially wanted 800 CHF for this document, then another 400 CHF after I complained – what a rip-off! Buy a product from a competitor; they're much more accommodating.
