The Wädenswil laundry service handles the laundry for my practice in Pfäffikon SZ. Ms. Bortolini is very friendly and accommodating. There are occasional delays in receiving or picking up laundry, but this can happen to anyone. However, if you communicate by phone, such problems are avoided. I am impressed with the quality of the laundry and satisfied with their work. I look forward to continuing our collaboration and would gladly recommend this laundry service.

Unfortunately, I've only had very bad experiences with this laundry so far. - Missing laundry - Stained laundry, e.g., oil stains - Smells like a chip shop... - Unreliable delivery Staff uncooperative, doesn't try to find solutions, but denies everything, says they've never heard of such a thing, etc.
