Volg stores can be found all over the country, even in areas without large supermarkets. Volg deserves our gratitude for this. The employees also deserve our sincere thanks, as they bear the brunt of the work. Often, these are stores that serve the entire region, or where people from all over the region shop. There are always some people who give a negative review. Most of the time, they act out of frustration. They only see the problem and don't see the bigger picture.

Opening hours are significantly extended in the evening, which I welcome as a consumer. The selection works well overall, even if the selection of vegetables and especially cheese is rather modest. You won't find a well-aged Emmental cheese here, for example. I can understand why you won't find coriander in Schangnau – even though it plays an important role in Swiss cuisine these days.

Mostly very customer-friendly. However, avoid this store because one employee is unfortunately very unfriendly, unkempt, and incompetent. Unfortunately, employees like that hurt the business. Otherwise, I would shop there again immediately.
