This is my favorite restaurant. I like owner who are a wonderful couple. We feel at home eating our favorite dishes.

Love to read the reviews and see people complain about over salted dishes and the reply is to bring it up to them. Oh well, we did and their reply was they are making it like this for 30 years and nobody complained. Unfortunatelly most dishes were oversalted and nothing impressive for the price. I don't see any reason why we would return.

Very good food with a friendly couple who run the restaurant. Chef whom you might see at the end is a master of traditional sauces and service is good. Wine list has lots of options. The truffle dishes deserve my best vote, but even the basics like mashed potato managed to surprise me. Local option in Schindelegi for exclusive taste and friendly atmosphere.
