I used Umzugsservice Zurich for my move and for storage of surplus furniture. The company is reliable, professional and communicates well and transparently. They are a premium operator and justify their higher prices through excellent service. The storage unit employees are also really helpful, with a particular thank you to Mr Ilay Habach who was really supportive, professional and helpful when we started selling our furniture from the storage unit to other people.

I am the Europe Office Manager of a multinational based also in Switzerland. I used Umzugsservice Zürich GmbH the first time in 2020. I contacted them again in 2023 for a multiple office move: a furniture Zurich to Zurich + 2 trucks of furniture from Zurich to Geneva. On top we also had a junk disposal with lots of various items. Umzugsservice Zürich GmbH was open to update quotes all the times as logistic changed but their capability to adapt fast and respond was exceptional. The most complicated service was the one from Zurich to Geneva: all worked smooth and easy, in a timely manner . Quotes were honest and properly invoiced. I will use Umzugsservice Zürich GmbH again in the future for their reliability.
