Extremely unprofessional. Debt collection proceedings are initiated even though this is Profitass AG's fault. They treat you like you're stupid and blame the tenants. They ask you to settle payments that were forgotten a year after you moved out. After a year! That shows you where their quality lies. This company doesn't deserve any stars!
Highly questionable management. I send an inquiry, no response. When I call to schedule an apartment viewing, I'm told: "We'll call you back!" Of course, no call ever comes. When I call a second time, I'm rudely told, "I didn't have time!" The woman was very unprofessional and couldn't accommodate appointments; she was only available on one day and at one time! According to their website, they still haven't rented all the apartments. I wonder why? Keep up the good work, Profitass AG!
Questionable management. If you call to arrange an apartment viewing, you get the response: "Oh... hmm, I don't know when I'll be back. Maybe in two weeks or so... I'll call you back." Of course, no call ever came. According to their website, they still haven't rented all the apartments. I wonder why? They don't seem to need the business.
Very disappointing – you get dishonest answers – claiming the apartment has been rented to a competitor. Oh really? Then why is the listing still active, just changed and with a different contact person? It's a shame to be treated like an idiot.
Regarding property management: no response, deadlines are not met, and inquiries are always met with excuses.
