What follows is a review that is perhaps a bit unusual, but I feel compelled to write it down. As part of Gurtner Baumaschinen AG's 2024 Christmas dinner, I had the pleasure of providing the musical entertainment as the DJ. They placed their trust in me, and I was given a glimpse behind the scenes. The CEO's annual speech, his words of praise for the employees, the beautifully transformed workshop, a large Christmas tree adorned with gifts from and for the staff, delicious food, and much more. I DJ at many company Christmas parties, and this one will remain etched in my memory forever. Why? Because the spirit of this company is simply incredibly captivating. A CEO who understands how to put his employees first and give them the leading role in the company. A CEO who is on the sidelines, guiding and leading his team, but also giving them the success and respect they deserve. An incredible gentleman and top-notch host, such a rousing speech, and a team that fully supports him. The event organizer was incredibly friendly and efficient, leading the HR department and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Everyone was so incredibly polite and respectful, including me, and most importantly... simply grateful. I am absolutely thrilled with the entire Gurtner company and still so happy about the wonderful experience of working as a DJ for them that I felt compelled to share this. Thank you so much for the appreciation, hospitality, and warmth from everyone.
