I bought a sofa, and after 10 months the frame broke under normal use by adults. I went to the warehouse twice; I ordered a rug, but it never arrived. The living room table arrived damaged and was never replaced—just empty promises. All in all, the materials are inferior and far too expensive. I've contacted a lawyer regarding warranty claims. The seller is not solution-oriented. This review doesn't deserve any stars at all.

I purchased a sofa from Istanbul Mobel, which turned out to be in very poor condition with mold. Despite my attempts to contact customer service, they refused to help me or replace the product. I do not recommend this company due to their lack of after-sales service and the disappointing quality of their products.

I bought a bedroom set, but the bed was the wrong size, the wardrobe was a different model, the glass was broken, and the doors didn't fit due to a sizing issue. I refused the purchase and requested a return, but through carelessness, the paint in the room and the door were ruined. Keep in mind, the house was painted just a week ago, and I haven't even moved in yet. In short, it was a huge mistake, and I can't recommend it.
