Truly one of the most unfriendly customer service experiences I have ever had. I paid the entire outstanding amount immediately to settle everything. Despite this, I was treated in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner, both via email and on the phone. The employee was extremely annoyed and not at all helpful. I felt like I was bothering them, even though I was trying to resolve the issue properly and had already paid. A company shouldn't forget that customers are also people who work and fulfill their obligations. If someone has paid everything, they should at least be able to expect respectful treatment. Unfortunately, I experienced the complete opposite. Very disappointing.
After the lease purchase was fully completed, payment was made to the lessor (Alphera), and ownership was clearly confirmed, unjustified fees, late payment charges, and other costs were still demanded. These demands were demonstrably false: The lease agreement had ended, ownership had been transferred, and there had even been an overpayment. It is particularly concerning that, despite the clear documentation, pressure to pay continued. Such a procedure is neither professional nor compatible with sound financial practices and is very close to illegitimate payment demands. The resulting administrative burden is disproportionate and could have been avoided with minimal internal coordination.
Your consultants and staff pressure clients, even contacting them on Sundays to demand money. They go so far as to ask for Twints to settle debts, all without providing an invoice. Your practices are those of professional scammers, and I would not recommend anyone work with you. A very dissatisfied client.
