I had various textiles and bags printed for my tennis project "Experience Tennis". It was the first time I'd had anything professionally printed, and I'm very grateful for the advice, quality, and efficiency of Fam-Print. I'll definitely be back with my new collections.
I'm disappointed. I've been waiting for two months for a reply to my emails regarding shirt embroidery. Trying to call is pointless, as an unintelligible and distorted female voice answers. I even went there in person; I was promised a reply and a quote, but I'm still waiting for those too. It's a real shame! Addendum to the owner's reply: I sincerely wish you a happy vacation. Unfortunately, you didn't reply even before your vacation. My initial contact was on May 20th, and now it's July 26th. As a suggestion, I recommend updating your opening hours on your website and your Google Business listing so it's clear you're on vacation. It doesn't speak well of you that I received a reply within two hours here, but you don't respond to calls or emails at all.
I'm actually really happy with the quality and everything, but after placing another order, the owner just stopped contacting me. I've been waiting for my goods for over three months now; the photographer for my photo shoot has had to be postponed twice. He keeps saying that he can't get hold of the goods, which is a lie, as I've been in contact with other retailers and the sales company themselves, and they assured me that Fam-Print never even inquired. I don't know if that's the way to go with this company, but so far I would advise against it. I'm willing to change this review as soon as I receive my goods and perhaps even offer compensation as a gesture of goodwill, as the photographer still had to be paid, even though the people at Fam-Print have assured me several times that the goods will be with me by the end of the month! An absolute disgrace!
