Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the refund for the purchase of a Young Living diffuser that cost 44.9 francs, the service being free on their part. When I asked if I could refund the product because it doesn't match the measurements, so I didn't even try it on, I just noticed that it was too small. Since I didn't have measurements available on the website, I received the confirmation without specifying that we would only refund 38 francs and not the full amount. The return travel costs were my responsibility, so they didn't pay anything. It's also clearly stated on the website that everywhere in Switzerland the trip is free. I'm very sorry, but I feel really ripped off, not by 7 francs but by 14 francs for double shipping in the end! 19.12- exactly you charge my shipping costs even if I paid the return, and the discount receive everybody who makes his/her first order, not just me, and also the difusser has cost a lot, doesn't matter, will be a lesson for the future, but u should tell everyone who wants to give a refund about this costs you won't return.
I'm very happy with the natural soaps. The soap dish is a must-have. Both make great gifts!
