Mr. Joho is very accommodating; with him, the customer is king. I went to him about an engagement ring that needed rhodium plating. He recommended that I report this to the place of purchase, as it had been bought only a few months prior. Since the store wouldn't cover it under warranty, I went back to Mr. Joho.
