Extremely irresponsible and unreliable. I have been waiting for my phone to be returned from repair for 2 weeks now. No one can give me an update on how long it will take. This is unacceptable!
Worst customer service in Switzerland. My phone was sent to repair for 3 weeks and no news of it. No updates and no answer when it will be returned. Every agent just passes the responsibility forward and no one takes action.
Unfortunately I had to deal with one of the worst costumer service ever done by ‘Daniele’ who was extremely arrogant and unfriendly. I was calmly explaining my situation that occurred in another Swisscoms shop explaining to that I know that it isn’t their fault (workers from this shop as they weren’t the ones selling me my iPhone). He arrogantly denied me telling me that it is ‘impossible’ that this happened to me. His coworker was very friendly and understanding but Daniele kept his arrogant attitude almost blaming me. 1 star because 0 is not possible
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE TELECOM INDUSTRY. AVOID IF POSSIBLE!!!!
The team was friendly. However, they required a passport to purchase a SIM card. But in Europe, you can travel with just an ID card. Despite showing them the physical ID card, they insisted on a passport. When we visited Salt, the other SIM shop, they issued a SIM card with just the ID card. If there isn’t a national policy, please reconsider this requirement because tourists who are travel with the ID card from Europe will be unable to buy SIM cards from you.
