I bought a Technogel Aero mattress from a specialist retailer about two years ago. The heat dissipation is very comfortable, and the advertising claims are accurate. However, the fact that the foam is already breaking after only 2.5 years shouldn't be normal. This drastically reduces the sleep index to almost zero, and the mattress no longer fulfills its purpose. I'm a bit heavier, but everyone at the bedding store knew that. It turned out that the foam components were also very poorly glued, and the three Technogel pieces were separating from the foam. Unfortunately, the mattress no longer fulfills its function after such a short time and had to be replaced. Not by the manufacturer or the bedding store, but by me. I hope the new product from a different manufacturer will still meet my sleeping needs in three years. Neither the manufacturer nor the bedding store was interested in inspecting the defect in person. I cannot recommend this mattress for heavier individuals weighing over 100 kg. Pay close attention to the warranty. The 10-year warranty doesn't cover the entire product like with other manufacturers, but is tiered, meaning you'll have to pay out after just 2 years if a defect occurs. I'm deliberately refraining from mentioning the bedding store or posting any photos.

I bought a relatively inexpensive mattress that's partially spring-loaded. Unfortunately, after a year, the different zones have sagged so much that when you lie down, you feel like you're going to fall out of bed. My wife has a foam mattress in the same price range, which still provides a comfortable sleeping experience. I specifically bought it from a local manufacturer, but I'm pretty disappointed now, as the last mattress I bought from a furniture store simply didn't cause any problems for 10 years. Sorry, but that was a pretty bad investment.

The advice was excellent, and I was able to try it out several times under the expert eyes of both the sales assistant and the owner. The bed arrived damaged, but they responded promptly to our complaint, providing exemplary customer service – truly top-notch! At our request, they included duvet covers with the bed. They were very high quality and in matching colors. A bit pricey, but the quality is outstanding!
