Some good experiences, some bad experiences. A power supply's communication interface was damaged due to an overvoltage incident, which was not reliably documented in the product's technical documentation. CControls took it back and replaced the interface module without any charge. A project development was launched to co-develop a wireless diagnostic module. Completely misunderstood the technical requirements, the project lead dropped out of the company 4 weeks into the project and no adequate replacement was given. Components, that had not been communicated to be non-returnable, have been ordered, which turned out to be completely useless due to the complete misunderstanding of the wireless communication system and our requirements.
Excellent support and highly competent advice from the experts at Computer Controls AG. Professional planning, clearly explained, and efficiently implemented. We felt very well looked after throughout the entire process and greatly appreciate their high level of expertise.

There are a few people there who genuinely want to help and make an effort for their customers. Unfortunately, they failed to impress us with their advice, service quality, and communication. The Sumitomo splicing machines they sell are generally good and meet market requirements. However, the service for the machines is practically non-existent. We had to organize the maintenance through third-party companies, which was very cumbersome, time-consuming, and cost us a considerable amount of time and money. In the same price range, there are other providers with good equipment and good service quality.
Unfortunately, your advice, service quality, and communication were not satisfactory. The Sumitomo splicing machines you sell are generally good and meet market requirements. However, the service for these machines is practically non-existent. In the same price range, there are other suppliers with good machines and good service quality.
