Twelve apartments, and in three years there have been at least 13 tenant changes. As a landlord, I'd be very concerned. A lot is promised, everything is stipulated in the contract, but three years later it still looks the same as when they moved in. When you inquire, you get hypocritical excuses like, "Yes, we're working on it," etc. In emergencies, they're unreachable for days. That's all there is to say. Image from October 2025
