I've been waiting for weeks for a simple code clear for my former leased vehicle. Despite repeated emails, phone calls, and promises, nothing has happened to date. No one feels responsible, no responses are forthcoming, and the case is simply postponed. This behavior is simply unacceptable for a financial company. Customers here apparently have to expect a lack of communication and endless delays. Very disappointing.
I would definitely NOT call them a reputable leasing partner. Just look at the reviews for this company....... My purchase/lease agreement was CHF 32,00 - they charged me CHF 36,200 - that's CHF 4,200 too much...... Wish you continued luck - just not with me anymore.....
The level of incompetence is unmatched. The employees (if you can even call them that) are completely incompetent. They've been waiting for weeks for a code to be deleted that's been in use for four years. They can't or won't (I can well imagine these people) even contact their own employees. Emails are answered after days and never with a solution, but with references that make no sense. For companies and employees like these, Google should allow the option to leave negative reviews.
Worst customer service ever, no point in calling them they will never answer.
As a long-time Opel Finance customer, I would like to share my recent experience with the company. Unfortunately, my last contact with their customer service was extremely unsatisfactory and left a negative impression. First, I encountered unfriendly staff on the phone who were unable to provide any real assistance. It was frustrating that I had to make several calls to obtain information that should be readily available. Furthermore, I received invoices from Germany without the necessary payment slips. This meant I had to chase them down to get my bank details. This extra effort could have been avoided. Unfortunately, the situation didn't improve when, after a few days, I received a standard email instructing me to create the payment slip myself. As a loyal customer, I find it unacceptable to be made responsible for a basic service. It should go without saying that Opel Finance provides the necessary documentation and makes the payment process as easy as possible for its customers. Overall, my experience with Opel Finance was characterized by inconvenience and a lack of efficient customer service. It is regrettable that I, as a customer, experienced so many difficulties and that the company's communication needs improvement. I hope that Opel Finance considers this review as constructive feedback and takes appropriate measures to prevent such problems in the future. As a long-standing customer, I hope for positive changes and improved customer service from Opel Finance.
Competent service should be a company's top priority. This company, however, is incredibly customer-unfriendly and unhelpful; it couldn't be worse. Supervisors, of course, are always unavailable! They only put obstacles in your way, not remove them. My conclusion: I will NEVER consider this bank.
