Incompetent staff. They took my compressor in for repair, initially billing me for 3.5 hours of labor and then sent me a bill for 833 CHF, including a 10% discount! Pure robbery for a simple piston compressor! After complaining and speaking with a manager over the phone, they agreed to deduct 1 hour of labor (159 CHF + VAT) and keep the 10% discount. After a three-week wait, I received a bill for 800 CHF with additional supplies and without the agreed-upon 10% discount!!! A true scandal of incompetence!! I will never use their services again and I will fight to the end if they don't make some kind of effort to compensate for the inconvenience they caused me!! The manager needs to review his subordinates who work for the company because I have the impression that I'm not the only one he treats this way. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
An older company building. It could use a cleaning or a fresh coat of paint. The interior, however, is nicely furnished.
