We planned a carport extension with LBG Sursee and had them handle the building permit application. The process was generally simple and straightforward. However, the final invoice seemed too high compared to our expectations. Unfortunately, even after inquiring, we were not given a clear explanation of the costs. My advice for future customers: It's advisable to clarify the hourly rates and fees beforehand or have a detailed quote drawn up to avoid unpleasant surprises. Overall, it's a solid service, provided you discuss everything thoroughly in advance and document it in writing.
