I ordered new tires from France to Switzerland and seller choosed DPD as a courier company. After I checked reviews I was shocked. But... Actually my experience with this company was pretty nice. Once they received the parcel to their center they contacted me at the same day and told that delivery will be made between 14:35 and 15:35 p.m. and.... at 14:35 the driver arrived. And also he was very polite. 5 stars guys. you are cool.
Very bad delivery company: NOT SERIOUS AT ALL: It showed on their tracking system: wrong/unknown delivery address! They never came as the Customer Service said (btw 15:19 and 16:19): I stayed the all afternoon in order to make sure I receive it. Also the package was a very important content for my dog (it was a question or death or alive !) This mother company of the Swiss Post is NOT RECOMMENDABLE AT ALL!
DON'T EVER ORDER THERE ! They said my package got delivered and never got there, the service is terrible and they are not respecting their clients, very poor quality in general. it was a very expensive package.
