The place was perfect — the view was exceptional. The hotel is located in a stunning town by the lake, next to a river, in a quiet and wonderful area. The hospitality was outstanding. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. It’s definitely a place I would love to return to again.
Beautiful and exceptional location. Garden facilities next to lake and accessible right from the bungalows. The interior decoration of the room was lovely and done with excellent taste. The room was also functional (featuring a small kitchenette) which made it easy to stay with the kids. The staff members were very friendly and welcoming. Children were welcome even in the restaurant that served excellent food with a variety of regional products.

We stayed for 5 nights and will be returning. The accommodation in the new „bungalow“ rooms is superb and well thought out with air conditioning, a private sun terrace with double width sun lounger, a huge comfortable double bed and it’s really clean as well. Both the generous continental breakfast buffet and the restaurant serving food on the terrace are excellent and the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. Both the restaurant and the rooms face West giving fantastic views of the lake and eating an evening meal on the terrace while watching the sun set over the water is glorious. The hotel is only a short walk from Schmerikon centre which has a good range of shops and also train and boat stations. We will be returning…..probably often!
