Thank you so much for your valuable work. We are very satisfied with the treatment of our cat, who lived to the ripe old age of 21.
Over the past 13 years, we always felt very well cared for by Dr. Klingler and the veterinary assistants. Thank you to all the staff for their compassionate support when we had to say goodbye to our dog.
Foreword: You have to choose at least one star: in my opinion, this practice doesn't even deserve one star. I cannot recommend this veterinary practice. Being a vet is a calling. Unfortunately, there are very few who want to help an animal without excuses, especially when it's an emergency, and on a Saturday no less. The animal could die, and it literally wouldn't matter. The first question on the phone was, "Are you a client of ours? If not, then we can't do anything, and certainly not come by; those are the rules." Rules? Apart from the fact that such service isn't free on a Saturday in an emergency... what kind of heartless response is that? Do you even know what it means to be a vet? I find this truly appalling. Where is the calling to such a profession? I was, and still am, stunned and saddened. Practices like this should simply be shut down. Thank God I finally found the right vet, one who knows what it means to be a vet and to help an animal that can no longer walk.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Because they are very busy, it sometimes takes a week or more for an appointment, excluding emergencies, of course. They treat both large and small animals. I've already brought three cats for neutering. Everything went smoothly and well. I can highly recommend this practice!
Unfortunately, a kitten a few months old, which desperately needed help, was turned away. The reason given was that the vet didn't have any cash or card on them, and the payment would have had to be made by bank transfer. So the little one wasn't treated or even examined. Luckily, another vet was found who cared about the animal's well-being, not the money. The kitten was thus able to receive help at the last minute. This just goes to show who chose their profession out of love for animals or for money.
Very nice and competent people. I got an appointment right away, and they all love animals. I'd gladly go back – I highly recommend them! Regards, M. Bänziger
