Malibu boats cannot be used in Switzerland because the after-sales service is a disaster and the boats produce more faults than they get operating hours on the engine. Service is non-existent. I have never experienced such unreliability and ignorance from a dealer for a product that costs several hundred thousand dollars. After two years, the downtime of my (new) Malibu outweighs the time spent sailing. If you don't want to be annoyed, steer clear of Malibu boats.

I purchased a Malibu LSV 22 boat from a Swiss insurance company. The boat belongs to the company US-Nautic Power Boats. I bought it for myself and brought it to Poland. There, the boat was stolen in its entirety. I have repeatedly asked US-Nautic if I could buy back the stolen parts (engine control unit, sound system, and some others). Despite several attempts and inquiries, I have been unable to reach the owner of US-Nautic, Roger Witschi. I have repeatedly asked for your contact information, as I know you are aware of the theft of my boat, since you ordered it. It disturbs me that a native Swiss citizen would be a thief. I have several friends in Switzerland, and they are certain that you are not Swiss, as Swiss people do not behave in this way. I hope this will touch your conscience.

I would never buy a boat from Mr. Witschi again. He makes a lot of promises but delivers nothing. If you have problems with a boat you've bought from him, he simply stops answering the phone and ignores you. It's a real shame, because he seemed very friendly and competent, but unfortunately, it was all just a facade to rip off customers.
