We went there on saturday morning. Anna-Claire Schott passinately explained us a lot about the wines she sells and even offered us some glasses to try. I highly recommend this place!
Anne-Claire Schott's wines are full of character and authentic. The work that goes into them is remarkable, and there's much more to come from this winemaker's estate. It's well worth investing some time to taste the different wines. The Chasselas is subtle and fresh, and the Pinot Noir demonstrates what Pinot Noir can achieve in the vineyards around Lake Biel.
Sensational wines, we came across these biodynamic wines at the Trüelete and are very impressed, highly recommended.
