I've placed two orders here so far and both times the service was fantastic. My first order was placed at ~22:00 the night before a public holiday in certain cantons. Within minutes, someone from the business took the time and effort to write to me personally to make sure I knew that my order wouldn't be shipped until the day after the holiday. My second order was placed at ~11:00, shipped at ~13:00 and arrived the next day (I paid for Priority post). To my surprise, two packages arrived! I'd ordered fibre-optic cables with Halogen-free sheathing but Kabelhuus realised that they'd accidentally sent me PVC cables. They realized this on the same day they sent the package, so they sent me a second package containing the Halogen-free cables. Both packages arrived the next day with a letter in the second package apologizing for the incorrect cables and telling me I could keep them, as well as the correct ones. I highly recommend Kabelhuus for all your cable needs :)

Sunrise doesn't even offer 10-meter fiber optic cables – what a joke! I was able to order a 10-meter fiber optic cable without any problems from Kabelhuus, a truly professional company. I find their shop exemplary, especially since they even display the router name from the provider – something even Digitec doesn't do. In the future, I'll only order fiber optic cables from them.
