There are no replacement carbon filters available for the Biofox devices we purchased, even though the device we bought is less than 1.5 years old. Recommendation: Do not buy. We bought the device from Umtech. It seems they are constantly changing their company names.
Service and accessibility are catastrophic. The delivered machine is okay.
