Early season, a bit after lunch. Hearty satisfying food and friendly personnel. Usual swiss ski restaurant prices. Would come again!

Rude staff, especially the woman at the counter, people who prepared the food were nice though. We ate lunch paying all in all 70.- and then I just asked for a bit of water for my baby’s bottle (did it in English and then in German because she pretended not to understand me) and she just treated me in a very bad way just for asking, I ended up buying a 6 euro bottle of water.

We came for a drink and pizza. We went to the pizza section and there a very unpleasant woman told us to leave, I tried to ask in English why we had to leave and she didn't even want to explain what she meant. We went next restaurant section, ordered soup, pizza and drinks.Then, I approached the woman to ask why we can't sit where the pizzeria is and she rudely started saying something in her own language and indicated that we should leave and sit in the other section. Very unpleasant, unpleasant service in the pizzeria section, a middle-aged woman. She shouldn't work there because she's not suited to work in catering among people. Expensive and rude staff in pizzeria section.

The lady at the pizza counter told me and my three kids to order from the cafeteria because I was getting one chicken nugget set. I actually wanted to order three pizza sets and stay at the pizza area, which had free seats, but she insisted I order from the cafeteria. After waiting in a long queue, I was told at the cafeteria that they didn’t even serve pizza! I ended up with lousy cafeteria food instead. Frustrated, I went back to the pizza counter to explain what happened, only to see that they were still serving pizzas to other guests. The attendant just shrugged and didn’t even apologize. Terrible service!

The location is good and the service was fine. Unfortunately the quality of the food is not great for the price especially compared to other options in the area.

I bought a cup of tee. The staff gave me half cup of water. After I finished it I took that cup to the counter and ask if I can get more water. The staff refused me by simply shaking her head.
