Useless information paid for nothing
Unfortunately, this is very disappointing. I wasn't informed that the customer survey would renew automatically, incurring further costs every year. Despite this lack of transparency, I was still forced to pay. This is not what I consider customer service and fair communication.
Beware, this is highly unprofessional! Our company information was incorrectly published on this platform. Our request for its removal was met with a demand for a personal identification card – a completely inappropriate and questionable approach under data protection law. We consider this behavior highly unprofessional and strongly advise against interacting with this platform.
Actually, Monetas should deduct stars for its consistent violation of a publication ban in the imprint of the company in question. The justification for this violation is that the competition is doing the same, and then, of all things, it cites a competitor who publishes false data. They supposedly have no influence on Facebook buttons, even though they are not set by Facebook. Here, too, there is a ban on linking the data of the company in question to Facebook buttons. It is now even official that Facebook also tracks non-members via these buttons, thus also creating links to people and companies that do not have a Facebook profile. And for good reason. In Germany, the first companies have already received warnings regarding the "Like" buttons. It couldn't be more unprofessional.
