My daughter had a deeply distressing experience at this Kita. After the original group leader left, the quality of care declined significantly and rapidly. The management team appeared completely unfit to run the Kita—they struggle to retain staff, and more importantly, failed to address serious behavioral issues among the children. There were children who exhibited physically and emotionally harmful behavior, and nothing was done to protect other children or resolve the situation. My daughter was so affected by the ongoing, unresolved problems that she began screaming in her sleep and showing signs of emotional distress. Removing her from this Kita was the best decision we could have made. Although she’s still recovering and not quite back to her old self, the improvement since the change has been extraordinary. The difference is truly like night and day. I regret giving this Kita too many chances to fix their problems and putting my daughter through this

Given the constant staff turnover, poor working conditions are obvious. Furthermore, the payment morale is very low. Cheap equipment.
