I had the displeasure of dealing with the most unfriendly and rude staff member I have ever encountered. There were no small boxes left on the stand to pack the items I needed to send. I waited to get served and was rudely told to get my own box. Speaking Swiss, I explained there were not any left. The sever angrily went to the back and almost threw them at me and told me to go away and come back when they were made up. I have trouble seeing small print and asked her polietly to help me and gave her a printed note containing the address, item description, value, and HS code for customs. She literally stared me down but I held my ground and asked if there was another staff member who might help me. After an awkward few seconds she began to process the packages. She literally threw my items in each box to show me she was unhappy to help me. Once finished she dumped my boxes on the shelf behind her and I asked if I could see them. She ignored my first request. After my second request to see the boxes she bought them over. I took pictures because I could not read them. At home I saw she had filled my return address incorrectly, had not sent them regsitered as requested, and not added the HS code. The informaiton I gave her on the paper was clear, printed in font size 14 and easy to read. I feel she sabotaged my parcels because she didnt like me. One week later, I am still waiting for the receivers in Holland to confirm their parcels arrived. I always try and speak Swiss but sometimes words fail me and then I try in French and evntually English. There should be a warning notice on the door than that English speaking people are not welcome at this branch because 9 times out of 10, I have a bad experience at this branch and after this last visit I feel compelled to share my experience. I guess it is safer to travel to Zurich to post a parcel.

Been living in uster. In general it was good and normal i must say. But for the second time i had a very bad experience with one of the staff members. Both time same person. I have never been treated so poorly when all i needed was just some information. The lady was racist! I don’t know her name but will go again and make sure i get that right!

I tried to open a holding account for a rental guarantee. They said they could do that, and 20 minutes later when all they'd finally put all the info into their system it turns out they were trying to open a Swisscaution plan for me. It would have saved us all a lot of time if they'd figured out they couldn't do what I asked from the beginning!
