Siegenthaler GmbH received a contract through my recommendation. This involved plastering and painting work during a complete renovation. The contract was structured according to SIA standards, i.e., a works contract. Hidden defects were discovered in the property and reported within the 5-year warranty period stipulated by SIA standards (contractual agreement). The defects were discussed, but we were unable to reach an agreement. In our opinion, Siegenthaler GmbH did not demonstrate a solution-oriented approach. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend Siegenthaler GmbH.
