The umbrella we gave our daughter for Christmas was defective. I sent an email with a photo to customer service. I received a reply the same day informing me that the umbrella would be replaced. That's what I call excellent service, and it shows once again that it pays to invest in a good brand. Thank you very much!
In May 2024, I ordered an umbrella from you. I previously owned one of your umbrellas, which was in excellent condition for almost 10 years and accompanied me everywhere. However, I'm disappointed with the new model. After just a few months, it no longer opened and closed properly. In August 2024, I sent it in for repair. But even after it was returned, it still didn't work smoothly. Now, in September 2025, it has finally broken completely. It was nice while it lasted – but unfortunately, you can no longer call it quality. In the future, I'll probably just buy a cheaper umbrella if it's not going to last long anyway. Goodbye.
