I was lied to regarding my train ticket refund. I was told I'd get the fare back before my appointment. But I was lied to; he only promised me the refund to make sure I'd attend. Now they're saying I won't get the money back because I'm a potential informant. I'm on disability benefits and already have no money, and then I get lied to and treated like a criminal! Absolutely despicable!
