Same comment as the others. They drive like maniacs and should be reported to the police. I wouldnt trust them with carrying a sandwich. Almost crashes into my car purposely and looking at me & my baby. I am amazed this company has business, probably a shady one according to their employees. To avoid at all costs !

A company that outsources its fleet management to its employees. The drivers usually park wherever they please, occupying public parking spaces (blue zones) long-term, parking illegally, and not even deterring themselves from parking in designated visitor parking areas or on private property. When complaints are raised with Oberhänsli, the problem is neither taken seriously nor addressed – apparently, they are happy to save on parking rental costs this way. The only response is the suggestion that customers should take care of it themselves if they are bothered by the parking behavior. This lack of a solution-oriented approach is reflected in other reviews regarding the drivers' driving. I therefore recommend choosing other couriers.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. When my TV was picked up, the employees were incredibly clumsy and didn't give the impression of being transport experts. They barely managed to pack my 75-inch TV, leaving various marks on my new parquet floor in the process. Without anyone from Oberhänsli even inspecting the damage, they simply denied any liability. I wonder how Mr. Richter could rule out, based on photos alone, that these damages were caused by his own employees.

Some drivers should have their licenses revoked! These cars don't even have turn signals. Today, I was driving in the left lane on a blind curve to overtake a cyclist with a child! It's unimaginable what would have happened if someone had been coming from the opposite direction!

I can only agree with Ms. Staub and Mr. Gygax. Absolutely incompetent drivers; thanks to the sudden and abrupt lane change, I had to slam on the brakes! What's the point of this? I thought couriers needed a driver's license!
