The customer service is really bad 0... i broke my car engine due to a defect and asked nicely William to cancel my order. He immediately got mad and said that he will only give me back 50% of the money i sent him. And with a little research i saw that the carbon parts he sale is 1.5x more expensive. I suggest you dont buy there...
