I've been buying products from this farm for many years and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately, the quality of service has deteriorated significantly since the farm expansion. The selection in the farm shop is very limited. However, what finally convinced me never to buy products from this farm again was my purchase of eggs in August. I bought 20 eggs, and all of them were spoiled. I couldn't reach anyone by phone, left a message on their answering machine, and never received a response. It's a real shame, but they've definitely lost me as a customer!
Terrible shop. I placed an order (August 3, 2024) and contacted them via several emails and the contact form on their website with a question. I received no response – nothing. I had to cancel the order today (August 9, 2024). I would absolutely never buy anything from them again. Find another supplier. There are plenty of options. It's a shame – the website, which doesn't look bad at first glance, is completely misleading. People like this should stay out of sales and stick to what they're actually good at instead of alienating potential customers.
The website states that quail eggs are always available. This isn't the case. After a 30-minute drive, I was simply told that all the eggs are incubated; otherwise, there would be no more quail! Honestly! I really didn't know that!! (Irony turned off). Conclusion: the farmer thinks his customers are stupid, and his website isn't updated either. Not recommended.
Order placed on June 27, 2021. No response. On July 2, 2021, we inquired about the delivery date. No response. On July 7, 2021, we inquired again, as the goods were urgently needed. Again, no response. Apparently, this company doesn't need customers or revenue. Another company is now happy, because we will never order from this shop again. One star is actually too much.
I originally wanted to buy laying quail from him. I filled out and submitted everything as requested via the form. Since I didn't receive a confirmation, I wanted to inquire. But all attempts were unsuccessful: email, a call to his voicemail, and a phone call at the specified time! I'm now getting my laying quail from a hobby breeder.
No response to email. No information by phone either. Not recommended. There are reputable breeders out there. The previous reviews don't read any better...
