My experience with Mock Joinery was disappointing. There were months of delays, unreliability, and sloppy work that constantly required rework. **Examples** - Employees left the construction site in the early afternoon without completing tasks like pulling a cable into a table. This meant we were unable to use the table for weeks. - A door was installed without ensuring it would open. - A skylight was installed 2 cm crooked over a length of 50 cm because the spacers were attached on the wrong side. - A sliding door was installed crookedly and could not be opened or closed without damage. After three unsuccessful adjustment attempts, a new door was finally made. Furthermore, I never had the impression that management took responsibility, as they were never on-site despite the numerous problems. - Every correction left marks on the walls that were not removed. Why 2 stars instead of 1? Most of the defects were eventually resolved, but we simply ran out of patience with the skylight. Yes, all tradespeople are very busy, but when a job is accepted, the customer should be able to expect Swiss quality for Swiss prices.
