We had two one-day workshops with Melissa in Dubai for our team which is part of a multinational corporation. In the weeks leading to the first workshop Melissa spent a considerable amount of time to get to know each team member individually and to understand their goals and challenges. In between and in the days after the workshops, detailed individual debriefs took place. The workshops contained a great mix of serious and deep discussions, fascinating exercises as well as many lighthearted moments. Melissa managed to create a trustful atmosphere right from the get-go and each team member left with valuable learnings.
