I have doubts about their machine. As a fitness enthusiast who regularly exercises and follows a thorough warm-up routine, I decided to try their machine following their on-screen instructions. However, I experienced extremely severe muscle pain in my right leg, particularly behind the knee, and my calves and thighs, making it difficult for me to walk. I believe this machine is unsafe, so use it with caution. I'm convinced that my pain resulted from using this machine, as it's the only new element I introduced to my gym routine. I don't usually complain, but I feel compelled to share this to alert others to the need for caution when using such experimental equipment. It was in a self service gym. This kind of machine should be only introduced by trained expert. It's not safe to use it without supervision. Update after your comment : I ended up in the emergency hospital and got diagnosed after blood test and scan a DVT. It is yet unclear about the deep root cause of the DVT which was obviously triggered by your "cheeky and wild" machine which is in any cases far more serious than a basic muscle sore that you suggested in your comments. I currently cannot walk and I'm under strong anti coagulant medication. What is certain is that whatever the root cause is I have now a negative experience of your "cheeky and wild" machine and won't likely use it again.

The Sensopro AG produces a very good fitness apparatus. The machine is particularly helpful for training the stability of particularly susceptible joints. But also ideal for warming up before a strength training. The handling via the tablet is very intuitive and it helps enormously that the correct execution of the exercises is visualized by videos. If I have to choose a physiotherapist or a new gym, the presence of a SensoPro machine is certainly a killer criterion. Unfortunately, the machines are too expensive to install in a private living room. The company is very innovative. I like their entrepreneurial spirit, their enthusiasm for sports and their swissness.
