High costs. A heating malfunction was particularly bad: When I first called, I was told to sort it out with the heating company myself. Later, it turned out that the cause wasn't in my apartment at all, but in the entire building. Nevertheless, nothing happened for days. I had to endure a cold apartment with my newborn. When I called again, I was not only turned away but even yelled at – completely disrespectful and unprofessional.
Our partner for 6 years. Absolutely satisfied. Always receive prompt responses or necessary documents. Meetings are friendly, structured, and solution-oriented.
Stay far away from properties managed by this company! Highly incompetent, unprofessional, and rude on the phone!
The most unprofessional and incompetent property management company I have ever encountered. I can only laugh wearily at their slogan, "Our top priority is the satisfaction of our customers – the tenants and owners!" They are extremely difficult to reach, unreliable, overwhelmed, and uncommittal. Tenants' concerns are not represented, and probably not owners' either. You can save yourself the cost of hiring such a water heater.
Our collaboration wasn't satisfactory either! Winter service suddenly became eight times more expensive, even though there was no snow. The bill was paid anyway. When we asked "why?" the contract was terminated. 🤷🏽♀️ …
They don't keep their promises or honor agreements, the building managers are very disrespectful and take photos of you without your knowledge. Contractually agreed-upon things are still criticized, even though they're permitted. The list goes on and on. You get the feeling that they simply ran out of money during construction and ended up paying the cheapest, and therefore most inexperienced, management company, leading to disappointment when it comes to renting. After almost two years, half the blocks are still empty, and there isn't a single parking space available. Furthermore, the first tenants are already moving out. That speaks volumes.
