If you want to build a house that lets in rain and is being built with unprofessional expertise, then build with Waser. All of his "builders" have since gone bankrupt, leaving behind significant damage. This means no one can be held accountable, and you're left with the damage. Waser Bau AG also denies any responsibility. It focuses on "cheap" rather than quality. We had an ETH architect confirm several construction errors/design flaws. But, as mentioned, the blame is denied.
