An unsolicited power of attorney form is sent by mail. If you try to call to ask why you received this unsolicited document, no one is available. Help from the service center is nonexistent. Data protection for insured individuals is a foreign concept to the insurance company. Insurance advisors at the agency are unable to personally inquire about the matter.
Everyone is very accommodating and very nice. Mr. Dimeo is a very competent person.
